I FINALLY GOT MY CAMERA!!!

Now I can once again share my fabulous eats with you all! Forgive my unattractive pictures for the next few days until I get the feel of this camera.

My dinner last night:

Baked BBQ-marinated tofu, wheat berries, and baked butternut squash!! I picked the squash from my garden (I’m so bragging right now!). It’s de-li-cious. No salt, no butter; nothing but squashy goodness.

Later last night I ate a pear:

And a cup of tea

Breakfast today:

Lunch was a pb & banana sandwich, as usual. Yummmmum. My friend also gave me a couple squares of her Hershey’s Cookies n’ Creme bar. Then after school, I might have had a couple pieces of pizza at my other friend’s house (and maybe a sliver of chocolate cheesecake…?) It’s ok because I went for a nice long run before settling down to homework. Then, dinner:

Some more wheatberries (I have a ton to use up), black beans, and lettuce. I drizzled it all with some soy sauce.
