TUESDAY
Breakfast
Oats with half a banana and flax. Slice of light wheat toast with peanut butter and the other half of my banana!

Lunch
Peanut butter (can you believe it?
) on light wheat bread, an apple, and the last baby carrots.

Dinner
A quarter cup of the best hummus in the world! On a slice of whole grain bread, and a mozzarella cheese stick on the side. This was part 1 of my dinner; I also ate when I got back home from youth group: 2 apples and also some more string cheese.

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast
Two slices of light bread with Smart Balance and cinnamon.

Also a tall glass of skim milk for dipping! This was a huge glass of milk; it took me all morning to drink!
